Adult Worship Choir

The Adult Worship Choir sings at the 9:00 am service three Sundays each month.

Joining

• Membership is open to adults of all ages throughout the year
• There is no audition required

Rehearsals

• Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm
• Final brief rehearsal at 8:25 in the Choir Room

The Worship Choir usually prepares for two special musical presentations, one at Christmas and one in the spring; as well as helping to lead the congregation in worship on Sunday mornings.

Children's Choir

There is also opportunity for children to be involved in Music Ministry with Voices of Praise, our children's choir program.

Voices of Praise meet from 10:30 - 11:00 am (between 2nd and 3rd morning worship services) each Sunday. Children in 3rd through 6th grade may participate.

Voices of Praise allows children to learn to worship God through the power of music and experience the joy of creatively communicating the gospel of Christ.

It also lets them use their gifts to minister to the church body so these choirs perform periodically for selected seasonal and Sunday morning services.

3rd - 6th Grades • Room 113/114
This choir of 3rd - 6th graders is directed by Ric Netzer accompanied by Barb Steiner Renaldo. Ric is a former vocal music educator from the Wichita, Kansas area and brings a wealth of experience in working in music and drama with children and youth. The focus of this choir is to sing more challenging music, receive more in depth vocal training, and produce a spring musical that is one of the highlights at ACC.
