Sunday Worship Services

Christmas at ACC

Christmas Eve, December 24th

Join us to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Christmas reminds us that God is here, no matter what we are facing or where we are going. God's great love for us is expressed in the gift of Jesus, God in the flesh.

5 pm: Family Celebration - kids can dress up and take part in the story of Christmas, complete with glow sticks and "Joy to the World".
7 pm: Candles and Carols - contemplate the arrival of the Messiah, given for the whole world.
9 pm: Candles and Carols - contemplate the arrival of the Messiah, given for the whole world.

(Nursery for birth-2 years available at the 5 pm and 7 pm gatherings)

Photo of Blended Service

9:00 am Service

This service is a "blended" worship format, with sensitivity to some traditional elements. Our Worship Choir and vocal Worship Team lead us in time-honored hymns of the faith, classic praise songs, as well as in fresh and new worship music of today. They are accompanied by a variety of instruments including organ, keyboard, guitar, bass and drums. The service may include historic worship elements such as the Doxology, the Apostles' Creed, and a variety of responsive readings.

Photo of Contemporary Service

10:45 am Service

This service is a contemporary service more casual, and characterized by music that is energetic, bright, fun and upbeat. A band will lead the congregation in a dynamic worship time that includes a variety of contemporary Christian musical styles such as Christian rock, classic praise, folk, jazz, gospel, etc. You'll recognize worship songs from David Crowder, Darlene Zschech, Hosanna/Integrity, Tommy Walker, and other styles of contemporary Christian musicians.
