Fam Jam 2026: Day One
Fam Jam 2026 kicked off with a splash on Monday night as families gathered for an evening of fun and learning. This year's theme, Splash Into God's Word, explores Bible stories connected to water.
After enjoying a taco bar dinner together, families worshiped through music led by Matt and Rachel and a memory verse from Jodi before hearing Nicki tell our first story. Our first night took us to Joshua 3, where God miraculously stopped the Jordan River so the Israelites could cross into the Promised Land on dry ground.
Maureen and Reese guided a hands-on science experiment that challenged each family to find a way to hold back water in a pan, just as God held back the Jordan River. The evening also included games, laughter, and a craft where participants decorated river rocks and wrote words that remind them of God's faithfulness.
