Tot Time takes place in the Family Life Center (Gym) on the lower level. To get there, come in the main doors and take the stairs or elevator down. Signage will guide you.
TOT TIME RETURNS FALL 2025
We wish to extend a huge thank you to everyone who came to Tot Time! We will resume in the fall!
Tot Time is a drop-in play session at Arvada Covenant Church for children ages birth through 5! Your little ones can explore a world of fun in our spacious gym. We have toys to climb, ride, and push, as well as plenty of space for imaginative play and new friendships to bloom.
This is a fantastic opportunity for parents, grandparents, or caregivers to connect with their community while giving children a place to play, learn, and grow in a safe and welcoming environment – for free!
Please note that Tot Time is not childcare. A parent or caregiver MUST remain in the gym with their child(ren) at all times.
TOT TIME FAQS
Have you ever been stuck inside with your toddler in the dead of winter or when it’s been way too hot to be outside chasing a toddler? Tot Time is a solution for that! We are excited to meet a need in our community for anyone that would like to participate.
Tot Time is currently on summer break.
It will resume in Fall 2025 and will run every Thursday from 9-11 a.m.
Tot Time is not childcare. A parent or caregiver MUST remain in the gym with their child(ren) at all times.
Don’t worry, we will have snacks and coffee for the grown-ups!
We have a huge gym set up for your child(ren). We have wagons for the littlest of littles and snacks for both the adults and kids! We have toddler roller coasters, scooters, and small climbing structures. For those kids who may not love to run around the entire time, we have foam blocks, a train table, and some quieter activities available.
Tot Time is designed for ages birth-five.
All volunteers are trained, background checked, and follow the Arvada Covenant Church Safety Policy.
We have rubber mats to go underneath play structures and anything where your child could tip over. After each Tot Time session, all mats and toys are sanitized.
There is no need to register in advance.
On your first time at Tot Time, we will need you to fill out a small profile with information and play agreements to make sure we know who you are and who your child is! Then every time after that, you just need to check in as you arrive to the church.
Tot Time is open to any family in our community. While we would love to invite you to visit or get involved at Arvada Covenant, it is not an expectation in any way. Tot Time is simply playtime, there is no Bible study or other religious lesson.
Tot Time is free and open to anyone in the community!
