Jerry Reier led us in a devotional based on Philippians 4:6-7 and we opened with prayer. The Lead Pastor Job Description was completed after a few minor edits and is now ready for council approval. We finished the Church Profile and it is ready to be posted on the ECC website. We have a first draft of the on-line congregational survey and it will be finalized the next time that we meet. Plans are under way to make the on-line survey available in July and August, and the LPSC will be available on Sundays to assist those who might need help completing the survey. The meeting was closed with prayer. We continue to ask the congregation for their prayers for the Holy Spirit’s guidance, wisdom and discernment during this process.
